退職が決まったら、同僚や取引先に在職中の感謝の気持ちを伝えましょう。
メールのタイトル・件名はFarewell greeting/Farewell messageで構わないと思います。
"Farewell"とは、【名】 別れ［告別］（の言葉［挨拶］）、送別会【形】 別れの、告別の、送別の 【自他動】 別れを告げる といった意味です。
Farewell partyで送別会などの意味としても頻繁に利用されます。
退職の挨拶
退職（フォーマル[formal]な挨拶）
Dear Dear Sir/Madam:
I'd like to let you know that I am leaving my position at abc Corporation.
I have enjoyed my tenure at abc and I appreciate having had the opportunity to work with you.
Thank you for the support and encouragement you have provided me.

Thanks again. It's been a pleasure working with you.
